WHAT IF I'M A BEGINNER, OR HAVE INJURIES?
No matter what experience level you’re at, our staff and team will be there to guide you every step of the way. This challenge is broken down for you, making a hassle-free experience. Our team of dedicated coaches will help modify exercises for you whether due to injuries or other reasons noted.
HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?
All classes are 45 minutes. They include a demo of the workout, the workout, and a cool down stretch. Classes start on time and end on time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERFECT BODY?
The strategies in our Group Personal Training Program are designed specifically for rapid fat loss and lean muscle gains. Results will be visible right away if you follow the nutrition and training systems given.
